We ship to virtually any address within the U.S.A., subject to local laws and jurisdictions for certain products. However, please note that due to restrictions on some items, international shipping is not available.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellations, orders may be too far along in processing to be cancelled. Once a label is created, a tracking number will be provided, and carriers generally pick up shipments every afternoon.
60-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the product. Our friendly customer support team is here to assist you in troubleshooting any issues you may encounter. We’ll work with you to find a solution that ensures your satisfaction.
If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve your concerns or defects, we’ll arrange an exchange for you. The timeframe for exchanges depends on product availability.
RETURNS POLICY:
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by us only if the item received is incorrect or doesn’t match the order. Items perceived to have defects are eligible for refund and return, but return shipping costs will not be covered unless the return is within our 30-day policy.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of receiving your return package. This includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank’s processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and product details. We’ll promptly provide instructions for returning items from your order.
GENERAL TERMS:
Our restocking fee is 20%, which covers inspection and re-inventory of products. However, we waive the restocking fee in cases of incorrectly shipped items or site description errors.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days of processing.
All shipping costs are non-refundable unless TriggerPartsUSA.com is at fault. We cover return shipping costs within our 30-day return policy.
